Job Summary As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers. You'll handle a wide range of customer inquiries and issues, including order placements, product information, returns, and complaints. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the overall success of our e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalations, and issues in a fair and efficient manner. Provide accurate and detailed information on products and services, including order placements, tracking, and returns. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data quality and integrity. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide informed support to customers. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous customer service experience in an e-commerce or retail environment; experience with cloud-based applications is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity and quality standards. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of customer inquiries. Preferred Qualifications Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Knowledge of cloud-based applications, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field.
