About the Role
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our dental call center operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service to our clients and their patients. If you're a seasoned call center professional with a passion for dental customer support, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.
Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.
Work remotely, Monday through Friday, within the 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM timeframe.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Minimum one (1) year of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
At least six (6) months' experience in dental customer support.
Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate inquiries to satisfactory resolutions.
Exceptional customer service skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism.
Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50mbps and upload speeds of 5mbps is required.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
