Your duties will include: ### Customer Service Support β’ Providing accurate and professional assistance with administrative processes, data entry, and customer service β’ Assisting with inquiries related to benefits, records, ID verification, service documentation, and other military-related needs β’ Ensuring professional and empathetic communication, especially with sensitive issues ### Data Entry & Records Management β’ Accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining military personnel data in databases (e.g., DEERS, DFAS, VA systems, or internal records) β’ Managing electronic documents, including service records, claims, correspondence, and case files β’ Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness ### Administrative Support β’ Preparing reports, forms, letters, and spreadsheets as needed β’ Scheduling virtual meetings or appointments and managing calendars β’ Supporting compliance with military standards and data security protocols **Required Qualifications** β’ U.S. Citizen (required for federal/military contract roles) β’ High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred β’ 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support β’ Familiarity with military structure, culture, or services (e.g., VA, DFAS, TRICARE) is a strong plus β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace β’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision β’ High-speed internet and a secure, quiet home office setup **Preferred Qualifications** β’ Prior military service or military spouse/family member β’ Experience with military systems such as DMDC, VA.gov, or similar β’ Experience with ticketing or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow) β’ Active Security Clearance (preferred for certain roles, not required for all) **Soft Skills** β’ Respectful, patient, and empathetic communication β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills β’ Integrity and commitment to confidentiality **Benefits** β’ Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience and clearance level β’ Remote work flexibility with structured schedules β’ Paid time off, federal holidays, and sick leave β’ Professional development and training support β’ Opportunity to support and serve the military community **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office.
