As a Customer Service Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including drive-thru, phone, and in-person interactions Take orders, assemble orders, and deliver food to customers in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, including cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and achieve sales goals Multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently Essential Qualifications: Must be 16 years of age or older Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time and work a flexible schedule Physical demands include kneeling, bending, twisting, or stooping, as well as ascending or descending stairs Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, or drive-thru cashier Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Certifications or training in customer service, food safety, or restaurant operations Skills and Competencies: Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Happy, courteous, and enthusiastic with a passion for delivering great customer service Hard working and attentive with a focus on quality and accuracy Responsible and dependable with a strong work ethic Authentic and genuine with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
