Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to a broad range of products and services. Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with blithequark's core values. Demonstrate commitment to quality through customer and service partner interactions. Collaborate with internal and external service partners to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service requests. Recommend appropriate solutions and refer complex or reoccurring issues to senior support specialists. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or related experience preferred. Less than 1 year of related experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a remote environment with a dedicated and confidential workspace. High-speed internet service with a direct wired connection to a cable or fiber modem and router, capable of at least 20 mbps download and upload speeds.
