Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and their applications. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field. Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable, and making business transactions with precision and accuracy.Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support. Essential Qualifications Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in a CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) role in a client-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in Digital Threat Intelligence (CTI) systems and applications, with a deep understanding of functional areas such as Detect, Secure, Respond, and Recover.US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with polygraph clearance, or the ability to obtain such clearance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.Understanding of CTI techniques and application concepts, with the ability to mentor and guide new CTI colleagues. Ability to correlate raw intelligence from sensors, incident response engagement, and other sources into reports and briefings, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences, with a strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Ability to take complex, ambiguous issues, build processes, and influence partners, with a strong ability to think critically and strategically.A fantastic team player with the ability to work in quick and constantly evolving conditions, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
