Key Responsibilities Managing Incoming Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing customer service and support via telephone and computer software systems. Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts. Effective Communication: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Call Handling Targets: Meet personal and customer service team call handling targets, ensuring thorough call documentation and follow-up to ensure resolution. Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Continuous Improvement: Go the extra mile to engage customers, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Dedication and Motivation: High level of dedication, enthusiasm, and motivation to deliver exceptional customer service. Effective Communication: Ability to listen and communicate effectively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Orientation: Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers. Multitasking: Ability to multitask (type, talk, and navigate computer systems), prioritize, and manage time effectively. Composure: Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, navigating tense situations with ease. Technical Skills: Understanding and working knowledge of technology (i.e., Microsoft Office suite of products), technology applications, and phone systems. Education and Experience Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; experience interacting with customers; excellent problem-solving skills. Call Center Experience: Call center experience preferred; strong understanding of company products, policies, and services preferred. Work Environment and Physical Demands Work Arrangement: On-site (Bemidji, MN or Minneapolis, MN), remote (must reside in Minnesota), or hybrid (combination) work arrangements available. Physical Demands: Extended periods of sitting at a workstation; ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Telecommuting Requirements: Dedicated work area with information privacy; reliable direct high-speed internet connection required.
