What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Customer Representative at Tesla, you'll be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency in our service centers. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer support, mentoring a team of customer support professionals, and developing and implementing processes to continuously improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations for what a support experience should be
Mentor and coach a team of customer support professionals to lift their customer care approach and develop and implement suitable standards and processes
Develop and implement processes to continuously improve the overall customer experience and drive operational efficiency
Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the development and growth of your team
Drive safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all aspects of operations
Understand and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste in operational processes
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all Tesla products, service systems, processes, and procedures


Functional Excellence

As a Full Stack Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for understanding every aspect of your service center's performance and working with our service managers to maximize efficiency and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of operations. You'll be expected to:

Develop and implement changes to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste in operational processes
Drive safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all aspects of operations


Financials

As a Full Stack Customer Representative, you'll be expected to understand our business, know your numbers, and ensure excellence in the center's daily operations to achieve specific goals in efficiency, quality, result, cost, and revenue/margin where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:


Understand and analyze key financial metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement changes to drive continuous improvement in financial performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste in operational processes


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Full Stack Customer Representative at Tesla, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:


Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience
Previous management experience in a service-centered industry; auto expertise isn't required
Leadership experience: Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities
Process/operations insight: Related knowledge driving field, technical fix, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer-facing liabilities
Experience running complex processes utilizing Lean or other methods is strongly preferred
Valid driver's license in the country of work


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge of Tesla products, service systems, processes, and procedures
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
