We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Customer Growth Site Marketing team, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth through strategic site marketing initiatives. About the Role: Senior Analyst - Customer Growth Site Marketing As a Senior Analyst at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the acquisition experience on our latent site for our current Card Member base in the U.S. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking solutions across a range of products. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Consumer Marketing, Tech, Brand, Marketing Performance, Product, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver results for our Card Members and the business. Key Responsibilities: Support the marketing of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking solutions across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and peers. Day-to-day management of the site channel for the consumer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across products. Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to prioritize and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics. Collaborate with analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly. Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process. What We Are Looking For: Essential Qualifications: Four-year bachelor's degree. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative with a proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude. Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills, including the ability to influence positive outcomes and foster strong associations/relationships with key specialty units across all levels of the organization. Strategic and innovative problem solver with the ability to develop compelling strategies and drive effective execution. Willingness to challenge the status quo; innovate to generate insights, choices, and opportunities for business success. Strong analytical ability with experience translating insights and ideas into recommendations. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, which puts a high premium on driving outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in marketing, specifically in site marketing or digital marketing. Familiarity with analytics tools and data analysis.
