Experienced Full Stack Customer Engineer – Security Solutions with Google Cloud Expertise for Remote Customer Care Role at Blithequark

Job Summary Blithequark is seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our Security team in a remote customer care role. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our online protection business by building and expanding relationships with clients. You will work closely with our Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance needs, and develop strategies to address technical blockers. Key Responsibilities Work with Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance needs, and develop strategies to address technical blockers. Collaborate with all Google Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments. Support Google Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, own technical aspects of solutions, and deliver technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concept, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and deliver product messaging to highlight our solutions' value using strategies including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial administration, and response reports. Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events where relevant. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field. 10 years of experience in security or cloud local models in a client-facing role. Experience in network security (e.g., threat detection, malware knowledge, cloud security act management, or identity and access management systems). Four-year certification or comparable practical experience. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field. Certification in the Cloud or Security industry. Experience in implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware knowledge, cloud security pose management, identity and access management systems, or SIEM and Take off). Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity industry (e.g., ransomware, assault structures, zero trust, etc.). Ability to speak openly and convey technical presentations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and attention skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The US base salary range for this full-time position is $35-45 per year. Our compensation is determined by job, level, and location.
