Our cloud platform is built on the latest Google Cloud technology, and we are committed to delivering the highest levels of security, reliability, and performance. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Engineer on our Security team, you will be responsible for: * Working with clients to understand their security needs and providing expert guidance on how to implement and maintain secure cloud solutions * Collaborating with our sales and product teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities * Developing and delivering technical presentations and demos to clients and partners * Planning and executing item informing and product launches to feature our solutions and services * Attending client sites, conferences, and other related events to build relationships and identify new business opportunities * Working with our Security Deals and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, and to develop strategies to address client technical and compliance issues * Supporting Google Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, and owning technical aspects of solutions and services * Conveying technical presentations, product and service briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics * At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on security and cloud computing * Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud security, threat recognition, malware detection, and cloud security management * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical and business issues * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and address business needs and priorities **Preferred Qualifications** * A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as software engineering, computer science, or mathematics * Certification in the Cloud or Security industry * Experience in carrying out security assessments for clients, including threat identification and hunting, malware detection, and cloud security management * Knowledge of industry trends and developments in the cloud security space, including ransomware, attack structures, and zero trust * Experience working with cloud security products and services, including Google Cloud Security * Strong experience with cloud security management, including threat recognition, malware detection, and cloud security management **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Customer Engineer on our Security team, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading technology company that is revolutionizing the way businesses operate.
