As a Customer Engineer in our Security team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our security solutions, and providing expert guidance to C-level executives, security leaders, developers, and analysts. * Work with Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve client technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers.
* Collaborate with all Google Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments.
* Support Google Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, own technical aspects of solutions, and deliver technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Plan and deliver product messaging to highlight our solutions' value using methods including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response reports.
* Attend client sites, meetings, and other relevant events where applicable.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field).
* At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on security or cloud computing.
* Experience in network security (e.g., threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security management, or identity and access management frameworks).
