As a remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to high-risk members via phone, ensuring timely resolution of their inquiries and concerns * Utilize the arenaflex Conversation Strategy to deliver outstanding service, following up on issues to ensure resolution for customers * Research and resolve service-related inquiries, meeting established expectations for quality, productivity, and timeliness * Assist members in reviewing their enrollment or claims history, ensuring accuracy of billing and enrollment, and application of deductible and member responsibility * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members **Essential Qualifications:** * 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience * 1 year of building collaborative relationships with customers, clients, and/or peers in different teams * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bilingual – Spanish or Creole * Previous experience working with a health insurance company * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve simple to complex issues **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and demonstrate compassion * Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand and address member concerns * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple systems simultaneously * Proficiency in using multiple systems to resolve/respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone * Ability to commit to a 12-week fully paid training program with limited absences **Work Environment and Culture:** * Remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from home * Collaborative and inclusive team culture, with opportunities for growth and development * Comprehensive training program, with ongoing support and coaching from leaders * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary, with opportunities for growth and advancement * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), and life insurance * 18 days of personal time off in the first year, plus 11 holidays and 2 wellness days per year * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education **Career Growth Opportunities:** * Opportunities for advancement to leadership roles, with a clear career path and development plan * Ongoing training and coaching to support your growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply now!
