Key Responsibilities Virtual Customer Support : Provide top-notch support to customers and advisors via phone, email, and web, addressing billing, insurance, product, and service inquiries. Proactive Problem-Solving : Anticipate and resolve customer questions, proactively identifying solutions to ensure seamless interactions. Issue Resolution : Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical guidance is required. Exceptional Customer Experience : Deliver best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customers feel valued and supported. Technical Support : Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our pharmacy platform, ensuring they can access the resources they need. Customer Relationship Building : Foster long-term relationships with customers, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty. Data Security and Compliance : Maintain adherence to our Work From Home policy, ensuring customer privacy and safety. Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications Education : High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older). Technical Skills : 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. Multitasking : Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills. Pre-Employment Screening : Pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered for the role. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience : 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills (spoken and written). Call Center Experience : Experience working in a customer service or call center environment. Healthcare Background : Experience working in a healthcare environment. Fast-Paced Work Environment : Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards. Teamwork : Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
