In this organization, you'll drive a team of engineering people to provide a "white gloves support for our customers." You'll be focused on supporting the organization growth creating base business retention through the field support. As a member of the Customer Care Management team, you'll report to the Senior Manager Service Operations. Being responsible for base business retention, you'll work closely with Sales team to arrange tailor-made plans to improve customer satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for improving the Technical and Soft skills of your team, ensuring the best-in-class support. You'll support the Customer Care Vision and Mission to become a partner to improve Lab performances. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build up the best class support in your area from technical and application prospective - Work with Sales in supporting the base business retention - Provide the right support to customers according with the contract specifications and the priority - Arrange internal training for engineers - Support field from the admin standpoint (installation, daily routine, and deinstallation) **Essential Requirements:** - Degree in Technical engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology) - Min 5 years' experience in Medical Diagnostics industry leading teams - Leadership attitude, able to drive people creating the culture of strategy execution - Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on problem-solving - Ability to work flexible hours as business needs. Available to travel 50% of the time - Hold a current valid driver's license and good driving record.
