Key Responsibilities Collaborate with developers and operational teams to migrate development codes to various environments within the CC&B application Analyze codes, design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate business applications/programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework Ensure seamless integration of codes with existing systems and applications Develop and implement code changes to enhance the end-user experience Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the CC&B system Essential Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, XML, and HTML Strong business/technical analytical and organizational skills Basic level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a dynamic team environment Strong Relational Database experience for configuration and migration Working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with JavaScript and other programming languages Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms Experience working with Agile development methodologies Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Previous experience working with utilities or energy companies What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.
