**Experienced Full Stack Critical Care Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Development and Training**

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with critical heart conditions and issues. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to plan, evaluate, and implement patient care according to accepted standards of practice. Key Responsibilities * Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians * Monitor and report patient vital signs and other critical information to the healthcare team * Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation * Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques * Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency care as needed Essential Qualifications * Current Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing * One (1) year of full-time equivalent experience as a licensed registered nurse * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification * Basic Arrhythmia Class certification * NIH Stroke Scale certification * Critical Care Course or Critical Care RN Certification * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (desired) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Certification in a specialty area, such as Critical Care or Cardiovascular Nursing Skills and Competencies * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Strong commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits * Opportunities for professional growth and development through training and education programs * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team * Opportunities for advancement to leadership roles and specialized positions Work Environment and Company Culture * ARMC is a 24-hour facility, and applicants must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays * Shift differentials are provided * The work environment may involve exposure to assaultive and combative patients * Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, physical, drug test, verification of employment history and education Compensation, Perks, and Benefits * Competitive salary range: $95,763.20 - $126,297.60 per year * Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement plan with employer match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional development and education * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team How to Apply If you are a motivated and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
