Our trauma-informed approach emphasizes understanding, recognizing, and responding to those affected by trauma, strengthening resilience for our clients, staff, and community. **Job Summary** As a 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist PRN, 1st Shift, you will be part of a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. You will handle incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also known as 988, providing brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress.
