As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy and planning processes for Disney+ across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Job Summary As a Commercial Planning Supervisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for supporting the development of commercial planning models, annual operating plans, and quarterly forecasts for Disney+ EMEA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand and performance marketing, country teams, and finance, to drive business growth and optimize performance. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making, business planning, and stakeholder management will be essential in driving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Support the development of commercial planning models, including annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts, to inform business decisions and drive growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, pricing, and revenue optimization plans. Analyze business performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboard tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into business performance, providing recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including country teams, brand and performance marketing, and finance. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics. At least 3-5 years of experience in a commercial planning or business analysis role, preferably in the entertainment or media industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business decisions through data analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. High level of numeracy and attention to detail, with experience working with financial models and data analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. Preferred Qualifications: We would also love to see: Experience working in a global or regional planning role, with a focus on EMEA or similar markets. Familiarity with Disney+ or similar streaming services. Strong Excel skills, with experience building financial models and dashboards.
