Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Development & Analytics Leader to. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and inform data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results.Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and inform data-driven decision-making * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results * Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and inform strategic decisions * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and external partners * Provide strategic guidance and support to department heads and team members to drive business growth and improvement * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and drive innovation Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred * 7+ years of experience in business development, analytics, or related field * 3+ years of experience in a leadership role * Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and informing data-driven decision-making * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders * Experience building relationships and collaborating across teams at all levels of the organization * Strong business acumen and ability to understand the application of strategy and analytics to drive business results Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms * Familiarity with business intelligence tools and platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView * Experience with data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning * Certification in business analytics, data science, or related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines arenaflex Culture At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.We believe in empowering our team members to take ownership of their work, share their ideas, and drive results.
