Job Summary The Business Analytics Specialist will be an integral part of our Examination Group, responsible for gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to account managers. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to drive increased revenue and support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Gather data from multiple sources, including Record Administrators, Salesforce, and blithequark databases. Research and verify third-party data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability. Scour/design data and convert it into a system-compatible format for seamless integration. Support Account Managers in meeting their requests and requirements, providing timely and effective solutions. Utilize Salesforce to update account details, transfer data, and manage tasks efficiently. Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis requests, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions or initiatives. Develop presentations with scientific results into respectable solutions for all levels of management, showcasing findings and insights. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Analytics. Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
