Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Analyst to lead our Labor Force Activities team. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in our organization's work model and cross-functional connections to identify and resolve concerns related to our stores and HR partners in the field. The Sr. Analyst will also proactively develop reporting and identify opportunities to drive booking execution in our stores, requiring attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Strong data gathering and analytical skills are essential to research and resolve field requests, as well as provide recommendations on improving our processes and communications to stores. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to drive process improvements and project planning. Perform data gathering tasks, combination, and develop solutions, project/procedure planning, and data usage. Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and use, and deliver presentations to teams and senior leaders and sponsors. Build skills and knowledge, including self-improvement, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge. Direct and lead a work group, assigning and evaluating work, training, and contributing to performance evaluation. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study. Experience driving high-performing teams. Strong quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of retail and field operations. Preferred Qualifications 3 years of work experience in a related field. Store insight and/or ASDS experience. Experience in consulting, management, and/or project management.
