As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving functional effectiveness, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Crowd, Money, AI, and Labor Force Management, to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development of the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting to meet business objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs. * Proactively identify opportunities for business growth, process optimization, and automation, and develop data-driven process improvements to enhance existing work processes. * Develop and implement scalable forecasting processes to meet the unique needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and flexibility targets. * Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop recommendations to improve business performance. * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business decision-making. * Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, mathematics, or computer science. * At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business processes and operations. * Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience working with data visualization tools such as Sigma and Tableau. * Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as Snowflake, is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, mathematics, or computer science. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement. * Strong knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts, with experience working with data visualization tools such as Sigma and Tableau. * Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as Snowflake, is a plus. * Certification in business analysis, data science, or a related field is a plus. **What You'll Love About Working at arenaflex** * We're pioneers - Leadership isn't limited to our management team.
