**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business analysis, or a related field
* Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting complex financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing actionable insights
* Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including Excel, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tools, and data visualization tools
* Strong understanding of business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and customer service
