Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on data entry, analysis, and insights. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions by applying analytical techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from various sources. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business issues, develop solutions, and communicate results to a wide range of audiences. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of datasets used for data/text mining and analysis to enable informed business decisions Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis techniques to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources Develop solutions from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a broad range of audiences Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop meaningful insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis Regularly use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making Guide less senior staff, work on cross-functional projects, and present to management Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance At least 3 years of work experience in analytics and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics Proficient in analysis software and applications Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Preferred Qualifications Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile Experience with the following: requirements gathering, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, mathematical modeling, and data analysis Microsoft Azure Microsoft Power Platform Alteryx Python/R Automation Revenue Growth Basic Accounting Knowledge Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
