Experienced Full Stack Big Data Analyst – Data Science and AI Development

Key Responsibilities: * Drive complex self-service data integration projects that combine data from disparate sources to make it accessible to business users like data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders. * Lead cross-functional teams to apply advanced data integration methodologies and tools to large datasets to create solutions that can be used for descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, and exploratory analysis.* Collaborate with senior leaders across multiple and simultaneous projects to drive definition and communication of solutions and decisions. * Serve as an informed authority for data resources and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of data resources used by business users in self-service conditions. * Contribute to the continuous advancement of arenaflex's data science center of excellence and community. * May perform other work assignments as directed by Manager's Supervisors. Information, Skills, and Competencies: * Intermediate knowledge of both inductive and deductive thinking and critical thinking approaches.* Transitional knowledge in assessing and applying suitable data analysis and measurement methods for a business issue. * Transitional knowledge of acquiring and consuming data in both relational and non-relational databases. * Intermediate knowledge in coordinating, storing, and managing large amounts of data necessary for analysis and visualization. * Proficient in at least one programming language and open-source tools. * Proficient in at least one data integration and business intelligence tool. * Proficient in innovation platforms and models relevant to developing and maintaining self-service data resources.* Talented in decision-making and project management skills. * Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and approaches/philosophy if necessary to achieve goals.
