Our company culture is built on the principles of respect, integrity, and customer satisfaction, and we strive to create a workplace that is engaging, supportive, and fun. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Automotive Detailer – Car Washer – Orlando Disney Car Care, you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles in accordance with our Complete Clean Pledge. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every vehicle is safe and clean, and that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards * Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards * Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars of different sizes, vans, and trucks * Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, and factory reset/restore vehicle settings * Check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, and inspect vehicle exterior for damage * Fuel and stage vehicle * Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns, report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage, and pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary * Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions * Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available * Assist customers when needed, may transport customers to and from the branches * Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations * Site appearance responsibilities include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location **Additional Responsibilities** * Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting * Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality * Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned **Qualifications** * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years * No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past five years * Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English * Must be willing to stand and walk (3-5 miles) for long periods of time * Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions with moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future * Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience **Benefits** * Competitive salary starting at $16/hour * Paid time off * Employee discount * 401(k) retirement plan * Health insurance * Life insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Training and development opportunities * A comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being **Work Environment** * This position is based in Orlando, FL, and requires working in a fast-paced environment with moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. * Must be willing to stand and walk (3-5 miles) for long periods of time. * Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
