As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions using Salesforce and cloud-based technologies. If you're a seasoned developer with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As an Application Developer Lead, your primary responsibilities will include: * **Technical Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, identify technical requirements, and develop project plans. Assist in the execution of project plans, including resource allocation, prioritization, and risk management. * **Design and Development**: Participate in the design and development of software solutions using Salesforce and cloud-based technologies. Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, and meet business requirements. * **Programming and Coding**: Create software solutions for business problems using established design patterns and coding standards. Develop and maintain documentation to support training, system administration, and functional cycles. * **System Administration**: Show expertise in system administration and use topic mastery to perform root cause analysis and identify issue patterns. * **Issue Resolution**: Facilitate issue resolution with vendors or cross-functional teams. Provide timely and comprehensive communication regarding status and goals with end-users and other key stakeholders. * **Stage Stewardship**: Proactively participate in shaping competitor solutions on the platform. This consultative aspect of the job investigates the business capability portfolio to direct and guide solution choices to ensure the well-being of the platform. * **Leadership**: Provide project leadership; initiate, coordinate, and support small to medium-sized development efforts for a team of developers over a common code base.
