We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Application Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence in the healthcare industry through cutting-edge AI-based advancements of Symptomatic/Radiology software. About the Role
As an Application Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through practical and technical training, both on-site and remotely. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on application implementation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and implementing system configuration proposals, performing on-site and remote system set-ups, and providing ongoing product training and support.
Key Responsibilities
Liable for practical and technical on-site, remote, and classroom training to clients.
Gives client performance direction and respect to application needs during new client implementations and upgrades based on best practice insight.
Gives ongoing product useful and technical training with live clients as needed.
Recognizes, suggests, and carries out system configuration proposals and performs on-site and remote system set-ups and designs.
Has depth and breadth of product knowledge.
Ready to determine product hardware and software application issues via on-site/phone with client, both verbally and through distant communication bundles.
Resolve client's application questions or issues in the area of system configuration/configuration, and product functionality. This includes reference and connecting to suitable MSFT divisions for follow-up, testing, and investigating.
Finishes data entry requirements.
Gives written analysis of all client interactions illustrating client's issues, concerns, triumphs, and advances to internal team comprising of Project Administrator/Execution Advisor, Execution Services Director, sales, and support.
Keeps up with modern knowledge for all defined core products as defined for this level and assigned specific products.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
Four-year degree AND 2+ years of training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter conditions, server conditions, or computer science experience.
Or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ready to determine product/programming issues using technical support services, when necessary, via on-site, phone, both verbally and through distant communication.
High-level knowledge of computer, software, hardware, and operating system abilities for training, testing, and investigating.
Center technology experience with MS operating system, MS Office, training, and technical certifications.
Medical care foundation
Product knowledge on Subtlety's PowerScribe or PowerShare, speech recognition items, or any other healthcare software EMR items.
Radiology, PACS workflow knowledge
