Core Technical Expertise
Full Stack Development Mastery: You must be an expert in the entire development stack, from front-end to back-end, with deep knowledge of modern web application architectures.
AI & Machine Learning Excellence: We need someone who truly understands the AI landscape—LLMs (Large Language Models), AI engineering, automation, and the broader AI ecosystem. This isn't just about using AI tools; it's about understanding how to integrate them meaningfully into user experiences.
Azure Open AI Integration: Experience with Azure Open AI is essential. You should know how to leverage GPT models and other Azure AI services to create intelligent, conversational interfaces.
Database Architecture & Scaling: The platform requires a custom-built database architecture designed for scalability and customization. You must be an expert in designing databases that can grow with our programme and adapt to changing requirements.
Chatbot Development: The chatbot is the heart of this system. It must handle all CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations at the backend while providing a seamless, intuitive user experience.
System Design Principles
Modular Architecture: The system must be built with modularity at its core, allowing for easy updates, feature additions, and customization without disrupting the entire platform.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for:
Designing and building a complete, custom web application from scratch

Integrating Azure Open AI services to power intelligent conversational capabilities
Ensuring all CRUD operations are handled efficiently through the chatbot interface

Providing ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements as the programme evolves
Adhering to best practices in security, performance, and user experience
Documenting the system architecture and providing technical guidance
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Qualifications
Proven track record of delivering complex web applications
Minimum of 5-7 years of full stack development experience
Deep expertise in AI technologies, particularly LLMs and conversational AI
Strong experience with Azure cloud services and Azure Open AI
Advanced knowledge of database design, including NoSQL and SQL systems
Experience with building scalable, modular systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English
Physical presence in the EU timezone
