With a strong presence in the pharmaceutical distribution industry, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients alike. **Responsibilities** As our Manager, Account Management (Customer Success), you'll be responsible for: * **Customer Insights & Strategy**: Obtain advanced knowledge of hospital-owned retail/outpatient customer needs and expectations, and how they relate to arenaflex's internal operations and functions. * **Team Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing team focused on hospital-owned retail, establishing a strategy for execution in this space in partnership with health system (inpatient) focused account managers. * **Collaboration & Training**: Collaborate with appropriate parties to identify drivers leading to business success, lead training of the broader organization on findings to elevate broader organization's understanding of this growing space. * **Customer Growth & Development**: Develop strategic plans for each customer's retail growth, in collaboration with account managers, ESDs, inside sales, and support teams. * **Proactive Management**: Focus on proactive management of customer needs and how we will achieve desired outcomes, with the team contributing to overall tracking of health system support (working in collaboration with inpatient AM). * **Policy & Procedure Development**: Create and consistently review policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience, analyze customer data to identify best practices, and evaluate and analyze customer needs to ensure team members are not only reacting to requests, but providing strategic direction. * **Ongoing Coaching & Development**: Provide ongoing coaching, development, process review, and training for the team to successfully execute on requirements of account management function. * **Territory Management**: Manage territory assignments and ensure seamless execution of customer success strategies. * **Internal Partnerships**: Partner with the broader internal arenaflex teams to ensure customer success and remove barriers for the team (i.e., sales, customer service, inventory, customer onboarding, contracts/pricing, collections, operations). **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Proven People Management Experience**: Prior proven people management experience in a corporate setting. * **Advanced Knowledge of arenaflex Services**: Advanced knowledge of arenaflex Pharmaceutical Distribution (including Retail Pharmacy and Specialty Pharma) services and systems. * **Strong Collaboration & Leadership Skills**: Strong collaboration across multiple teams, leadership, and management skills. * **Ability to Build a Team**: Ability to build a team from the ground up; experience leading a new team a plus. * **Inspiring Leadership**: Ability to inspire a team while also rolling up sleeves and digging into details. * **Strong Communication & Presentation Skills**: Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to distill large information sets into concise, actionable bites. * **Track Record of Customer Success**: Track record of successfully developing and maintaining key relationships with a customer base, becoming involved in their strategy. **What We Offer** As a Manager, Account Management (Customer Success) at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * **Competitive Salary Range**: $87,500.00 - 121,700.00 USD * **Bonus Eligibility**: Yes * **Comprehensive Benefits Package**: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off plan, health savings account (HSA), 401(k) savings plan, access to wages before payday with myFlexPay, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), short- and long-term disability coverage, work-life resources, paid parental leave, and healthy lifestyle programs. * **Remote Work Opportunities**: Nationwide remote work with travel up to 50% in the first year (25% expected overtime). * **Career Growth Opportunities**: arenaflex is committed to helping you grow and develop your career, with opportunities for advancement and professional development. **Application Window** The application window for this role is anticipated to close on August 20, 2025.
