* Receiving, verifying, and stocking deliveries against invoices
* Following alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and handle intoxicated guests
* Adhering to all HMSHost and airline customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies and procedures
* Ensuring a positive guest experience, resolving customer complaints in a manner consistent with policy and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
* Minimum of 3 years bartending experience, including work in an airport lounge or casual dine restaurant
* Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, along with the ability to stay updated on new beverage trends
* Demonstrated tact and discretion in interactions with premium clientele
