Key Responsibilities As a Chat Support Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via online chat, addressing pricing and product-related questions. Delivering high-quality support to customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations, reviewing and documenting accounts as needed.
