Key Responsibilities As a Full Charge Bookkeeper with our company, you'll be responsible for: Ensuring accurate and timely recording and classification of financial transactions for multiple clients Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies Reviewing client books for accuracy and correcting any errors or discrepancies Problem-solving within QuickBooks Online to resolve complex financial issues Managing multiple client relationships and meeting deadlines Monitoring loans, assisting with budgeting, and payroll as needed to ensure financial solvency and viability for our clients Performing various bookkeeping tasks, including: Bank account and credit card reconciliation Bookkeeping reviews Paying and tracking bills/loans Collecting and tracking invoices Filing 1099s Calculating and collecting sales tax Payroll filing and reporting Maintaining spreadsheets of financial transactions Submitting detailed daily reports to your direct supervisor Tracking time per client while work is being performed Using internal software to record client work completed Performing other related duties as needed or required Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalency diploma 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping for multiple small companies at the same time Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to handle stress associated with deadlines and work volume Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Punctual performance of job duties Abstinence from mind or mood-altering drugs Flexibility in working varied hours as needed Strict confidentiality of client and Solvency Now confidential and/or proprietary information Location in the United States with an excellent command of the English language What We Offer As a Full Charge Bookkeeper with our company, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary package, commensurate with experience ($20-29/hour, depending on experience) Production/billable hour bonuses after a 90-day probationary period A flexible work schedule, with options for 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm work hours in your time zone The opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team In-house training and professional development opportunities A supportive and collaborative work environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Solvency Now Bookkeeping, Inc., we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
