Experienced Frontend Developer - Remote

We are looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Developer to join our product team and help shape the future of a new product , our AI-driven SaaS platform. You will work on modern web interfaces using mainly React.Js , contributing to a product used by thousands of small and medium-sized businesses. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a design sensibility and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Location Cremona or remote (within Europe). Within Agile Telecom, we are developing a next-generation AI-powered SaaS platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. This platform acts as a digital marketing assistant , helping companies create, plan, and execute campaigns across multiple channels — from social media to SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS — through a unified and intuitive interface. The platform is built on modular microservices , combining modern frontend technologies with scalable backend architecture, and leverages AI models for content generation, image creation, and campaign optimization. Your impact As a Frontend Developer, you will be directly involved in the design, development, and evolution of Platform’s user-facing components. You’ll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, project and product managers to deliver elegant, high-performance, and maintainable interfaces. You’ll have real influence over product decisions and technology choices, contributing to a platform that combines marketing automation, AI, and multi-channel communication. Some examples of your responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and enhance frontend applications using React.Js. - Identify and fix bugs with a proactive, analytical approach. - Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following modern frontend best practices. - Implement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser interfaces. - Collaborate closely with backend developers and product designers to translate requirements into working features. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability. - Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to shared component libraries. Essential qualifications and skills • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript • Hands-on experience with React.Js 18+ , modern patterns and build tools (Vite, Yarn) • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for development • Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows • Proficient with CSS preprocessors (Sass) and styling frameworks (Tailwind CSS, styled-components) • Experience building responsive, mobile-first interfaces • Familiarity with Material UI and other component libraries • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright) • Intermediate/Upper-intermediate English level (B1–B2). Desirable qualifications • Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards (WCAG) • Experience with RESTful API integration (Axios, SWR) • Skilled in managing complex state (Zustand, React Hook Form) • Knowledge of PWAs and modern frontend architecture • Experience with component-driven design and design systems (Storybook or similar) • Experience with WordPress customization and integration • Basic knowledge of iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development is a plus.
