**Key Responsibilities**

* Greet patients, answer phone calls, and make appointments in a friendly and professional manner
* Confirm insurance benefits and utilize our online patient database and insurance portals to ensure seamless patient care
* Convert inbound inquiry phone calls to scheduled appointments, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with patients
* Respond to text messages and website chat through our clinic systems, providing timely and accurate information to patients
* Track calls on Excel spreadsheets and manage Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate financial records
* Evaluate hearing aid issues and clean hearing aids (training provided), demonstrating a commitment to patient care and satisfaction
* Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction, valuing and loving our patients above all

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; ability to learn our clinic database and insurance portal
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure
* Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and exceeding expectations

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in an audiology clinic or healthcare setting
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management software
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
* Certification in medical administration or a related field
