As a Front Office Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service, while also driving operational efficiency and excellence within our Front Office department. About the Role We're offering a unique opportunity for a talented professional to lead our Front Office team in a 100% remote setting. As a Front Office Lead at American Furniture Warehouse, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting our Front Office team to provide outstanding customer service, while also ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed to prevent fraud and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Coach and support the Front Office team to ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service Ensure all AFW policies and procedures are followed to prevent fraud and maintain operational excellence Rent AFW vehicles to customers and process financing applications Assist with processing customer transactions and support the Sales team with completing orders Perform cash drawer and safe/petty cash audits and report any discrepancies to the AFW Management Team Coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments to continuously improve processes, maximize efficiency, and exceed customer service expectations Apply technology, including iPad, Storis, Excel, and Windows, to facilitate customer service and operational efficiency Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Professional appearance and demeanor Knowledge of our company values of accountability, honesty, and safety for employees and customers Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills Ability to apply technology, including iPad, Storis, Excel, and Windows Commitment to AFW's safety policies and procedures and ability to promote awareness Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, operations, or a related field Experience with coaching or leading a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Front Office Lead at American Furniture Warehouse, you will need: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong leadership and coaching skills Ability to work effectively in a remote setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At American Furniture Warehouse, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
