What You'll Be Doing As a French-English Chat and Email Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in resolving customer issues via chat services, including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal platforms. Your goal will be to provide quick answers, compassionate product consultations, and effective issue resolution, ensuring that every customer interaction is an exceptional one.
