**Job Responsibilities**
As a Fountain Reactive Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure effective response to mechanical or technical problem assessments to determine what components should be replaced
* Targeting equipment issues and repair services in customer outlets
* Providing technical advice for customers, business partners, and company associates to teach, provide expertise, or validate equipment or processes from a technician's perspective
* Other duties as assigned
**Required Education and Experience**
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
**Preferred Education and Experience**
* Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
* Experience working with beverage equipment and systems
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
* Familiarity with customer service software and systems
