Our team is passionate about making a positive impact, and we're excited to welcome like-minded individuals to join our journey. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Developing and implementing FSQA frameworks and strategies to drive quality excellence across arenaflex's meat and dairy plants * Leading occurrence management and investigation to identify root causes and implement corrective actions * Ensuring administrative compliance across arenaflex-owned meat and dairy plants, including adherence to FDA, USDA, and local government regulations * Driving FSQA teams across different offices to achieve quality excellence goals * Analyzing reports to identify consistency gaps and utilizing business intelligence to inform future state of the manufacturing program * Collaborating with direct reports to provide accurate and timely reporting/escalation of issues and metrics to the QC VP and other manufacturing partners * Building business continuity and emergency management programs * Conducting internal audits, inspections, and detailing of the HO and Site FSQ Management Frameworks adherence and effectiveness **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Working knowledge of plant cycles and regulatory requirements, including FDA, USDA, and local government organizations * Experience working with food handling processes, such as microbe monitoring, CAPA, Vehicle, FSIS, FSMS, and other essential projects * Experience working in food production offices, preferably with USDA approval * Experience working with external certification bodies, suppliers, external service providers, and consulting groups * Experience supporting and working with audits at all levels of the organization, including administrative, GFSI, animal welfare, fit, and other projects * Experience with quality frameworks to drive continuous improvement, such as 6-sigma, first-time quality, and SPC * Leadership experience and ability to work with all levels of the organization **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with quality management software and systems * Certification in food safety or quality management (e.g., HACCP, SQF, ISO 22000) **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you'll be working from home with occasional visits to our offices in various locations across the US, including TX, KS, IN, GA, Dad, NE, and AR. You'll be comfortable working in an industrial setting with moving equipment, wet or humid conditions, and varying temperatures.
