**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Fluent English Back Office & Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Writing professional emails to clients and stakeholders
* Performing daily administrative and marketing tasks as assigned by clients, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner
* Communicating effectively with clients via email and other communication tools, demonstrating professionalism and clarity
* Utilizing basic Excel, MS Word, and other computer skills to manage tasks
* Maintaining a reliable internet connection and a functional computer/laptop to work efficiently from home
* Demonstrating fluency in English, with a clear and professional US accent

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with a clear and professional US accent
* Proficiency in basic Excel, MS Word, internet navigation, and email communication
* A reliable computer or laptop with a stable internet connection
* Ability to work independently from home, managing tasks and deadlines responsibly
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* A female candidate is preferred for this job

**Work Schedule:**

* Working hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday
* Location: Anywhere from India

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Salary Range: ₹16,000/- to ₹18,000/- per month
* Competitive salary; no bar for the right candidate
