Coordinate flight bookings, including researching flight options, securing reservations, and confirming details with clients, to ensure seamless travel experiences. Assist clients with scheduling flights, making changes to existing bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise, in a timely and professional manner. Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients regarding flight options, routes, and travel preferences, to enhance their travel experience. Liaise with airlines and other travel partners to ensure accurate and up-to-date flight information for clients, and to resolve any issues that may arise. Address any flight-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain organized records of flight bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience, through effective communication and teamwork. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Previous experience in flight scheduling, travel coordination, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and flight operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, and to work effectively with airlines and other travel partners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, and to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Proficiency in using office software and online reservation platforms, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. A passion for travel and a deep understanding of different destinations, airlines, and flight options, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and loyalty. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with travel agency software and systems, such as Sabre or Amadeus. Knowledge of airline operations, including flight schedules, routes, and fare structures.
