Key Responsibilities
Follows all Federal Aviation Regulations and Frontier Airlines policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of passengers
Conducts preflight safety checks of cabin emergency equipment and ensures proper loading and storage of carry-on luggage
Provides exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and selling products onboard
Prepares and secures doors, announces departure/arrival information, and demonstrates onboard safety features
Sells snacks and beverages, including alcohol, and collects and stows all service items
Provides emergency medical assistance, such as performing CPR and basic first aid, when needed
Maintains a positive attitude and composure at all times, projecting a professional image
Performs tasks that require frequent walking, bending, and reaching, demonstrating physical stamina
Complies with uniform and appearance guidelines while in public view
Participates in and complies with all DOT, FAA, and Frontier Airlines regulations regarding drug and alcohol compliance
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid passport with no restrictions on travel to the destinations we serve
Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal)
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable with heights and confined spaces
Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
Previous experience as a Flight Attendant or in a related customer service role
Knowledge of FAA regulations and airline policies and procedures
Ability to speak multiple languages
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
