Key Responsibilities and Duties Deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals. Educate clients on proper stretching techniques, mobility, and flexibility to enhance their overall wellness. Create customized stretching experiences that cater to the unique requirements of each client, ensuring a holistic approach to their health and fitness journey. Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service, sales, and community outreach, contributing to the growth and success of our studio. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by enforcing StretchLab's policies and safety rules, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment. Collaborate with the sales team and General Manager to achieve studio goals, including participating in sales, client care, and community events. Engage in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest techniques and technologies in assisted stretching and fitness. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility. A degree, license, or certification in a related field (such as massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or exercise science) is highly preferred, along with experience in a fitness or health environment where you've provided hands-on training to clients. You must be able to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for clients, possess strong communication skills, and have a natural ability to connect with people and help them achieve their goals. Being team-oriented, coachable, and having a strong desire for growth and professional development are also essential qualities we look for in our candidates. Preferred Background and Experience Massage Therapist Personal Trainer Physical Therapist Pilates/Yoga Instructor Exercise Science/Kinesiology Degree A background in any of these areas will provide a solid foundation for success in our Flexologist role.
