Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences
As a Fitness Professional at StretchLab, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey to healthier, happier lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals
Encouraging and motivating clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure they get the most out of their experience
Ensuring the safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab's policies and safety rules
Building and maintaining a strong StretchLab membership by providing exceptional client experiences and retaining current clientele
Attending staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices
Handling member concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Assisting sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
Maintaining a strong social media presence to engage with clients, promote membership, and drive retention
Cleaning and maintaining all equipment to ensure it's available for client use at all times
Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about fitness, stretching, and helping others. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
A background in a related field such as massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction
A passion for creating a positive and welcoming environment that makes clients feel at ease
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training
Preferred Qualifications: Adding an Extra Layer of Expertise
While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your application:
Previous experience in a boutique fitness environment
Knowledge of stretching, mobility, and flexibility techniques
Certifications in related fields such as massage therapy, personal training, or physical therapy
