Our Accounts team is a dynamic and supportive group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement. About the Role

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:


Interacting with customers and support sales team as required
Daily monitoring of Work Manager tasks to meet KPI/SLA requirements
Timely and accurate Accounts issued
Dealing with day-to-day queries and action within SLA's
Liaising with internal teams to improve customer focus
Involvement in the Daily comm cell meetings discussing workloads, concerns, and plan for the day
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Initiate and implement process improvement ideas
Sharing knowledge and expertise
Understanding the impact of the Accounts in relation to ZCR's Debt position
Working closely with the Key Financial Controls team to identify and resolve reconciliation differences


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


Previous experience using Excel and other Microsoft packages
Confident speaking on the phone
Passionate about customers and driving through continuous improvement
Ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis
Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of ZCR
