As a Financial Analyst in the Global Merchant and Network Services (GM&NS) Estimating team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue and profit growth through client-driven pricing principles, flexible pricing architecture, and innovative pricing solutions. This part-time data entry role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience in financial analysis to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities Create a Canada figure for merchant rebate income, tracking month-to-month execution against conjecture and identifying drivers of change. Develop merchant rebate income scorecards for the Canada region, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Drive normalization and process improvement among the various regional pricing teams for all reporting and determining related activities. Support external audits, including investigating issues found, liaising with regional pricing teams to discuss issues, and managing resolutions. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to assess rebate rate trends and uncover insights that inform business decisions. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 2+ years' experience in financial services or payments industry, or other financial roles. A four-year college degree in finance, accounting, or business; or a related field. High proficiency with Excel, including advanced data analysis and modeling skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models and draw value-added insights from large datasets. Knowledge of programming languages such as SAS/SQL is required.
