**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Finance Technology Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you'll be responsible for driving the investigation and planning of critical financial and analytical solutions. You'll work closely with our finance partners to understand their needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, and developing solutions to meet those needs
* Working closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive business success
* Advancing our financial planning and analysis capabilities through the development and implementation of new tools, processes, and methodologies
* Serving as the primary point of contact between our finance organization and application development teams to facilitate change and drive innovation
* Performing and supporting ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and project work on a case-by-case basis
* Continuously improving existing processes and driving innovation to stay ahead of the curve
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; postgraduate education preferred
* 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on finance technology
* Strong working knowledge of financial reports and analysis
* Strong understanding of financial tools, data analytics, and data management
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects and lead cross-functional teams
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI an asset
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
* Experience working with cloud-based financial planning and analysis tools
* Strong understanding of data visualization and business intelligence
* Experience with data mining and predictive analytics
* Certification in finance, accounting, or a related field
