Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leaders in the Promoter Experience Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in senior-level leadership support, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing complex calendar demands, arranging global and domestic travel, handling expense reports, and coordinating large event logistics. You will also play a key role in building a positive and inclusive team culture, recognizing and rewarding outstanding efforts, and fostering a fun and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing complex calendar demands, meeting invites, and conference room operations
Arranging global and domestic travel, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
Handling expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Coordinating large event logistics, including catering, facilities, and materials (e.g., offsites, All Hands events, etc.)
Planning space for the team and working with office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
Making everyone feel welcome, recognized, and valued, and encouraging others to do the same
Attending key meetings, following up on action items, and driving fulfillment of key expectations
Leading team activities (e.g., staff meeting plans, team-building events, launch events, and team recognition)
Managing workflows that require approvals and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Identifying internal and external resources to solve problems in a creative and innovative manner

As an Executive Assistant in the Promoter Experience Group, every day will be unique and challenging. You can expect to manage a high volume of emails, work closely with other Executive Assistants to plan complex meetings, and partner intimately with leaders and their teams on projects and initiatives. Essential Qualifications

2+ years of senior-level leadership support experience, or 1+ year of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with leader-level calendar management

Experience managing multiple calendars and schedules
Experience working with senior leaders and executives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
