Obtain supplier certifications to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends Research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients, utilizing time management skills to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize social media to maintain and market to our client base, promoting our services and building brand awareness Create itineraries and invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Follow up with clients to prepare them for their travel adventures, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience Book online domestic and international travel packages, including cruises, hotel, air, car, activities, and event tickets Multi-task on various assignments while maintaining client satisfaction and delivering results-driven performance Essential Qualifications and Skills While prior experience is not necessary, you'll need to possess certain skills and qualities to excel in this role.
